Reverse Post-It Note

Andrew’s desk is adjacent to Lauren’s. Lauren and Andrew are NOT related. Sometimes Andrew says or does something that slightly bothers Lauren, to which Andrew says ‘heart you!’ in a friendly way. Occasionally he points to a post-it note on their adjacent window to reaffirm his appreciation of Lauren. Here’s what she sees:
